I hate feeling useless. I hate sitting around. I hate feeling like I can’t do things for myself. I hate not having complete control. I hate having to admit that I need others. I hate talking about myself.
I just want to start school.
So I got a Nintendo DSi last night. Target had them on sale, I finally caved. So far, I’ve only been playing the New Super Mario Bros. Fun stuff. I’m a tad rusty, but I like the nostalgia.
Today I woke up, played that for a while, got ready, and went to dinner with my parents. I ate so much and every thing tasted so good; I haven’t enjoyed a meal like that in eons. Oh, Olive Garden, you make me love food. After that, I went with Becky to get her navel pierced. The only place that we could find that was open was a shop called Liquid Chaos. Surprisingly, the piercing lady was really nice and seemed to know her shit very well. I might go there when I get my lip done eventually. We drove around for a bit, then went back to her apartment, and hung out for a while. It’s so nice just to get out and do stuff. I picked up Markie from Kyler’s grad party, and talked to him for a bit. I forgot today was our “eleven month anniversary” until I saw someone else wishing a happy anniversary to someone on Facebook. Haha. Then home, tv, and more Mario.
Now onto snack time and reading. I wish I had fresh rolls; I always seem to be craving rolls.
Today was rad. Woke up in the early afternoon from a not-so-bad dream, got ready, and went over Markie’s house. We chilled there for a little bit, made Ramen noodles, and then decided to go out. Originally, we intended to go to the movies, then Kylek’s birthday. Instead we stopped at the dollar store (oh, the memories: I used to love that place when I was little!), then wandered around Target for a bit. He got some football video game, I got a grammar book; we are such geeks. Then we got some pizza and breadsticks from Hungry Howie’s, which was yummier than usual. We ate outside the theater while waiting for the movie to start. At first, we had planned on seeing Inception, but decided to see Dinner for Schmucks at the last minute. It was funny, though some of the jokes fell flat, and surprisingly, not offensive. Plus, Paul Rudd is pretty handsome… (: With a stomach full of pizza, Starbursts, and cherry Icee, I got sick. Of course. But I felt good otherwise. We stopped at the store so I could get some soft pretzels and Naked juice. Talk about yummy. Home, now, and watching Sex and the City. Perfect end to a nice day.
I felt sick again today. I blame the heat and the new vitamins, again.
I got to hang out with Markie, though. That’s always fun. And I dragged him to the library, I’m excited to start reading the books that I got.
Currently, I want some pizza, which would definitely make me sick, and some Ramen noodles, which would probably make me sick. Oh well. There’s yummy fruit (freshly cut watermelon and red grapes!) to eat; that’s good enough and certainly healthier.
I miss Zoe. I want to go swimming.
Going… to… hit… self upside… head… if homophobic tirades… continue…
I want one of these. They’re amazing. I’m not the biggest tea fan, especially canned tea, but this = amazing.
I have a nice ‘fro. Still no official decision on what my eye color actually is.
